Biography:
Michael Harvkey is the author of the novel, In the Course of Human Events and researcher-reporter for James Patterson & Alex Abramovich's #1 bestseller All-American Murder. His writing has appeared in Esquire, Salon, The Believer, Poets & Writers, Nylon, and Alaska Quarterly Review, and elsewhere. He's the recipient of fellowships from the MacDowell Colony and Columbia University, and story awards from Zoetrope All-Story Magazine and Mississippi Review. He has taught writing at Columbia University in New York, Grub Street in Boston, and UC Davis in California.
